Step One: Let’s Make it Official!
Once you’ve decided Roche Harbor is the place, we’ll walk you through the booking process, set up a contract review call and secure your date. From there, everything starts to come to life.
Step Two: Build Your Vision
We’ll work with you to design the details that matter most: menu selections, bar options, layout, linens, and overall flow of the day. Whether you prefer to plan in person, over the phone, or via email, we’re here and available as much (or as little) as you need.
Step Three: Bring it all Together
As your wedding approaches, we’ll connect with you (and your vendor team) to finalize timelines, guest counts, and key details. We’ll keep track of important deadlines, check in along the way, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Step Four: Your Wedding Weekend
When the big weekend arrives, our team is fully on-site and ready. We coordinate your rehearsal, guide your ceremony, manage the flow of the event, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
