Vendors

Your vendor team plays such an important role in bringing your wedding to life, from the creativity and beauty to the overall guest experience. We truly love collaborating with talented vendors and working together to create something seamless, fun, and uniquely yours.

The San Juan Islands and the surrounding areas are home to a wonderful community of talented vendors, and we’re always excited to see the unique teams our couples bring together. You are welcome to bring in any vendors you love, we do not require selections from our list, and a wedding coordinator is not required.

However, as your plans come together, we do ask that you share your vendor team with us so we can connect, coordinate logistics, and provide our vendor agreements. All vendors must be properly licensed and insured.

While we don’t maintain a “preferred” vendor list, we’re happy to share a collection of local vendors and recent collaborators who know the island well and consistently do an excellent job. Just let us know if you’d like recommendations.
